Thoughts And Prayers To
1. What would you suggest Lee Anderson does for a couple of hours tonight as England play their biggest football match in over fifty years?
2. If he's so offended by players taking the knee, why not just not watch the opening and tune in at the start of the match???
3. Is he a snowflake?

One of the reasons that England has done better this year is that they've been more of a team, standing up for each other, and less a collection of individuals as in the past. Nice to see so many people supporting their team, too. Obviously not Lee Anderson, poor chap, but I'm not sure that anybody will miss him ...

1. I wouldn’t suggest anything. I’ve no doubt he knows what suits him.
2. Don’t know.
3. He might be as sick of this constant virtue signalling as many of us who think that the politics of the social warrior should be kept out of sport. I don’t want to watch the nonsense that is ‘taking the knee’ (ridiculous expression!) either. In my opinion it does exactly the opposite of its claimed purpose in that rather than bringing people together, it causes resentment and hence, creates division. The sooner skin colour is not constantly being shoved in everyone’s face the sooner it will become irrelevant - and the sooner that happens the better.

Well it appears that the media seem to think that, 1. Gareth Southgate has bought the country together. 2. Gareth Southgate has created a war like spirit, and 3. he has bought calm to the nation. Now I would call that nonsense. The sooner all this go's away the better. He may be right about the war like spirit.
Very nice of him to announce to us that he's not going to watch the match .
Sir , frankly I don't care what you do .
You seem to have a bit of the old self-importance going on there .
I don't watch football usually .
However I and millions of others will be watching this match , whether we agree with taking the knee or not .
Good luck England
