Are there any other wearers of Fitbit that have stopped getting their weekly email ? Mine didn't arrive last Tuesday as it usually does and as yet nothing has arrived this morning

I've never had a weekly email but I haven't paid for premium. Is it a premium extra and your subscription has expired?

No it's not premium, I've always had an email telling me how well ( or not) I've done. The option to receive the mail is still ticked

Carrot, if you look at notification settings then at the bottom there is an option to tick weekly emails.
I sent a mail to Fitbit and they replied with suggestions as per Chris's link, oddly my weekly mail came through just one minute before Fitbits reply. I will wait until next week to see if all is well
