Help...I've just tried to burn a cd on windows media player and an error message is coming up saying that there is no cdrom drive installed. It is playing cds perfectly ok (as is my realplayer).

Would I have to reinstall the drivers for it...if so, does anybody know of a good site where I may be able to locate them (have tried download.com but no luck).

The cdrom drive is a Philips CDD7052.

Thanks in advance.

I typed Philip CDD7052 into google, and got loads of hits. Here's one that may be useful:
"Roxio has the drivers for Philips CDD7052 (http://www.roxio.com), they're used with WinOnCD.

Go to the link below to download their latest driver pack (uniDRV Version 1.018.04) and to see their CD-R support history:"
