Windows live/msn messenger "now playing" help

Ive got windows live messenger and ive noticed that when my contacts are listening to music, at the side of the contact name it says "now playing" and the track....How do i let my contacts know what im listening to??

Tools -> Options -> Personal

And put a tick next to "Show song information from Windows Media Player as a personal message"

I'm trusting you're using the latest MSN Messenger? if you aren't, you should. follow the directions from the previous answer and use windows media player to play music!

if you don't like wmp, there are plugins which allow MSN to read song data from other popular media players such as iTunes and Winamp.
