Does it do it for all websites?

And is it internet explorer that's loading up that's taking time, or the page itself?

Finally, do you run any internet security software like Norton, that may be slowing it down?
Question Author
Yes it happens on every website.

when i click on internet explorer it takes a bit longer than it use to but the web pages take the longest

i use norton anti virus, but i always have and have never had a problem before.

i did wipe my pc and re-installed windows yesterday, not sure if this would effect it.
Norton is notorious for slowing down performance.

Are you sure you are not also running Virgin's own security - causing a conflict?
