Mega bus T&C

I traveled with Mega bus the other day witch was 25 minutes late. did not stop for a journey of 6 hours some people 7.15 minute except a driver change.
and uncomfortable.
I wanted a stop off where we can all get off the bus for a brake.
It dose not state anything of this brake in the T&C ether
I can't find our service to you T&C

My return journey with National Express the driver told me that it is the law to stop every 4 hours traveling by coach and that mega bus would be braking the law carrying people up 8 hrs non stop.
I asked mega bus this question there said it's fine.

Is this true. If it is who could i report this horrible journey too.

The law on breaks only applies to drivers. Some international bus services (using 2 drivers) drive continuously for 50 hours or longer.
