Nearer the time will determine if I fly, drive or take the TGV.

I wouldn't be so concerned about the where to go as about how you are going to get there. For the moment I would deffo be avoiding places like airports and railway stations unless its essential

I think Jet2 will only cancel or merge flights if bookings drop off or lots of people cancel as they don't want to fly half empty planes

Having been mentioned Baz, the Ile de Re would be a good destination to be considered but perhaps avoid late July/August as it does get stonking hot.
