going to amsterdam from uk

i am an indian planning to visit uk for 10 days.we wish to go to amsterdam also from there.is it possible that i get visa from uk there and then

Most emabssies will generally not issue a visa to a non-resident. The question will always be "Why didn't you get one in India?" If you can come up with an answer for that question then you might get one.
