It has been done before, I recall one gentleman who had to start shaving his new thumb as he had hairy toes.

I always watch gogglebox and think "these people would be great on AB". Especially the older lot.

I know someone who had a toe transplanted on her hand. About 40 years ago. They can probably do it much neater now but it was being done that long ago.
