How Can I Change!?

When I was in elementary school, I had no problems making friends, I was quite popular. Once I hit middle school, everything changed for me. It wasn’t as east as it was in elementary school. I went from outgoing to "the quiet girl." Thing is, i’m not really a quiet girl at all, but since it’s so hard for me to make friends, everyone thought that’s what I was. How can I not be seen as a quiet girl?

Just be kind, and try to befriend someone in your class who might like a friend, it grows from there.

Just relax, you're going through adolescence, it can be a rough time but you'll be ok. Be yourself and don't worry about how you are perceived.
