Thanks for that tigger. That works out at virtually £1.50 per toastie bag. Is it a bag for life or do they have a finite longevity?

They're reusable and easy to wash, Zebu. I bought a pack of 10 with different sizes for different size sliced bread. I've got a deep, wide fitting toaster though.

Mine hasn't been used for ages. Not really into getting something out specially. Steaks can go in the pan anyway.

We've established a tradition re Xmas presents. The niece's get a few quid each and their partners a decent bottle of wine.
The coffee maker would be s disappointment.
Now that I've noticed it I think I'll give it to a charity shop.
