I buy a lot from Amazon but it's been a while since I had to return anything - don't they make it very easy now?
No scrabbling to find a box, bag, sticky tape. No printing labels. Just bob it up to the nearest PO and hand it over. They do the packing and everything else.
When did this happen? Daughter had to return/exchange an item at Christmas...it needed to go to the nearest Amazon locker. Securely wrapped, labelled etc.
No idea when it happened, pasta, I've just returned an item today. Must be at least two years since I last sent anything back. Super speedy, I already have an email confirming my money has been refunded.
Not for me they dont. We dont have a post office. But the postman will collect the parcel from us wrapped and labelled. And from August, no bank either. And our nearest branch will be 15 miles way We have a sort of post office that opens up in an empty shop about twice a week. Great times we live in.
It took Amazon about 10 days to refund a cancelled cat litter order...I think the bag broke in the delivery van. They said 5-7 working days for it to get to my account AFTER return was recorded...which took about 4-5 days.
:( I must be very lucky with Amazon, a couple of times they've told me to keep the item and refunded the money. Never had any problem with them at all.
