Perhaps Ireland should ask their EUSSR masters if they can have their own Rwanda style scheme.

There's a special relationship between Eire and the UK. Irish people have always been allowed to travel freely to England.
The Irish government could solve their refugee problem by quickly issuing passports to all who want them. The boats traveling eastward across the Irish Sea would be full of new Irish seeking a new life in the UK.
“tommy39, no because its not at war, or poverty stricken country, so thye can be deported back.”
I don’t think you’ve quite grasped the concept of the “Common Travel Area”, fender.
“Is the UK letting them pass through, as France was once accused of doing with refugees wanting to reach England?”
The UK cannot prevent them from “passing through”. They cannot be detained whilst in the UK. The CTA (see above) means there is no border control on the island of Ireland. The “Windsor Framework” allows for the control of goods passing between Great Britain and Northern Ireland, but not of people.
You cant have the advantage of an open border between NI and ROI for people movement and then criticise UK for not preventing illegal immigrants,( which they have no power to do any way ) travelling from NI to ROI , unless of course you are a UK knocker. The only other option is to intern all immigrants while their application is pending, but then there would be screams of breaching human rights etc etc
