Should we allow a situation such as this in our schools? And should this teacher be sacked?

Why do we skirt around issues that might offend other religions and yet ignore issues that might offend Christians?

I urge anyone to point out which of my posts can be called 'aggressive'.

My list of ten subjects to 'agree' on was obviously tongue-in-cheek...In even buried a couple of jokes in there.

However, subsequently, someone posted this:

We should rid the country of every ******, ****,*** etc.
We should also get rid of the scroungers from Poland etc.

Assuming, that the asterisks are replacing racist epithets, I would suggest that this is perhaps a better example of aggressive behaviour?
SP, the key point you made is this..

"Therefore the reason people may assume you're a common or garden racist is because racists are trying to sound like you... "

I'm simply asking, why should people assume he's a racist masquerading as normal person? Surely the fair and unprejudiced thing would be to assume he's just a normal person being himself, until we see some evidence to the contrary. That's part of the point he's making I think.

I don't think you've been aggressive by the way, on this or any other thread I can recall.

No not in the least Gromit, but you will have to distance yourself a little from sp1814, because i think he is leading you astray, you were such a good boy until you started mixing with him. Hope you don't think I am being racist sp1814.
I always counsel people to stay away from me.

As my fourth year maths teacher once so eloquently put it, "You're a bad influence".
'certain ethnic groups seem to have very short fuses'

That sounds like a racist statement. People may have short fuses. Entire ethnic groups do not.

Or perhaps you can supply a link to prove your statement? Scientific studies of Fuses, Length of, as Correlated to Ethnicity, preferably in a peer-reviewed journal rather then BNP Woman's Weekly? I wait with interest. If you cannot, I shall draw the conclusion that the statement is definitely racist, and continue on to the obvious conclusion about the person who made it.

Do I really need to spend my valuable time searching for a link. I posted one a good few months ago, only to have it shot down because the author of the report, a leading anthropologist did not fit the criteria of some ABers on this site.

But on a general observation when do you see hordes of English storm onto the streets crying for blood to be spilt at the drop of a hat.

When do you see English hack off heads at the least provication.

When do you see English shoot a person dead for the least excuse on the streets of our capital.

And as I said at first, watch or listen to a debate of mixed races and witness who are the ones who lose their tempers, shout over everone else, with nostrils flared, and eyes a water.

I think that is enough for me, but then what is the use, lets just say I am racist, it's the easy way out for some, but I don't care in the least, I am made of stronger stuff coming off true English stock. We have had our backs to the wall before, but always finish up winning.
