I have an affinity with in the main -Norn Ireland -been there- felt at home its in my blood x Cant get enough -was gonna move there but that was scuppered - blast !!!

Scotland -hard one -prob more central Scotland.

England - North East.

Wales -sorry have never been but I will one day -shameful unless you count Shrewsbury which was delightful but I was there on a business trip so it was a hi and bye but all the litte streams were lovely as was the architecture.

I know and love peeps from other areas but this is a generalisation.

What about you?

wow knobbs, you have issues mate. Think you might need some time out, sounds like its all got to you. So aggresive, im glad i dont know you in real life.
I'm from north essex so have a obvious affinity with here, I lived in west sussex for some years and also love that part of the country., other than those I love devon and cornwall, both fantastic places and pretty much the only places you can see and swim/dive in a clear blue sea in this country.

The border region in scotland just took my breath away the first time I saw it, as did the peak and lake district.

If you have never been to wales then you really should, snowdonnia (sp?) is buy far the best for scenery

From Shrewsbury originally. I have a big affinity with Wales as most of my family are welsh and lived on the welsh coast for 4 years and even speak some welsh :)

Never been to Ireland (going in October) and only bits of Scotland though St Andrews and the Fife coast is lovely. Up to see my friend in Inverness soon.

I've always had a thing about central London and Brighton too.

hi Driss---yup i can vouch for Norn Iron especially county antrim---biased maybe
Perigra--down the local pub for a night or two ,the locals will soon take to you -all downhill from there

St.Andrews is my most fave town ever -I love going there -we went last year or was it this year -for a night at the Old Course Hotel -wee treat for me :)

bejay -I would move to Ballymena hi in a millisecond -I loved Co.Antrim and so did H -I really felt at home there pity he was moved to the south before we could move -had all the plans in motion -had schools checked out for my daughter the lot -I have to say that I wasnt so taken with the south -sorry Whickerman if you read this -dont think Longford was the best place to go -altho H rented a house off Mick Flavin (sp?) and they didnt believe he was a big name in country music -so whenever he came in for the rent they were like -cmon then Mick -give us a song -he just laughed then they discovered that he is a big name -egg on their face -bet he had a laugh at that !!!
