my son is 21 tomorrow and he isnt interested in doing anything to celebrate it at all, i know its real short notice now but ive been trying to think of something to do for him but cant come up with anything! can anyone help me please?
It's my daughters 21st in August and she's said she doesnt want a party or a 'do' either (aren't they bloody miseries? LOL)
Anyhoo....we've said we'd take her out for a meal, I know it's not that special a thing to do, but you just can't let the occasion go totally un-marked can you? Besides, it's all downhill for them after that ;-)
Money. that's all they're interested in at that age. Oh, and sex - but I assume that will not be on the agenda! Just bung him some money' he'll be happy.
do just that....................or at least let him think that your not doing anything and arrange all his friends to get together at his local on the weekend,
well if he doesnt want to do anything thats his choice after all he is 21 just cook him a nice meal at home and give him a nice keepsake type prezzie you can lead a horse to water but you cant make it drink, if he doesnt want to do anything so be it ...
thanks for your help between us we've come up with something.we've already got him a little sony cd system thing for his room as his old one wont load cd's anymore - its years old and well used anyway he'll have that this evening. But hes now asked for us all to go up the local and for us to buy him a few beers, im sure loads of his mates will be there as its pool night and we are having a chinese takeway before we go (which is more of a treat for us as i usually cook nice, good meals anyway). Not so exciting but its what he wants!
hope u have a lovely day celebrating with yr son tomorrow. often their choices arent our choices, so its his day and u r only 21 once. I hope you all enjoy it.
