Dont know...it sounds like a anti-Hippie rant to me..(:)

Maybe they put the sign there first, THEN plant the grass seed

holograms ...obviously ...and we cant prove they're not
because we are not allowed on the grass !!!!! clever or what ..

And I reckon they put them down when they plant the grass seeds

They are dropped fae a helicopter.....

Long handled pliers and hammer sounds good to me, so they can reach it from the path.
