I've just done it for you? Remember the rules for the order of operations (BIDMAS or BODMAS depending on your age)

Call the missing number y
18-2y=11 (18 take 2 lots of y =11)

One method:
You know 18-7 =11 so you know 2y must equal 7. If 2y=7 then y= 3.5
