grey screen comes up. press Del for something, F12 to boot.

Nothing happens no lights on any of the lappy's which I've plugged into the tower.

It's taken me since 14/30 to get on ere via son's lappy. Can a dongle be infected witih a virus?

finally got back on. Had to reformat hard drive and re-install windows. Thank you for your non-help.
