I am sat here crying, not for any huge reason. Just feeling quite upset with myself at the moment. I am in a quandry with weight issues. I have got myself in a rut and just don't know what to do. I know its all my fault anyway, getting into this situation but can't seem to get my head around any kind of diet. Sorry if i sound stupid.

You are young Hollie.. and you need to get up and do some more exercise.... It will be healthier for you - will make you more motivated and give you energy and also reduce your weight... Start by walking fast.. speed walking.. as fast as you can walk without running... then find a hill near you and walk up it fast... By trying to lose weight with diet alone will only depress you even more... You should be aiming to get out of breath sweaty at least 4 times a week at your age - for an hour a time. You'll slowly start to see a difference and feel much better! Plus exercise releases all sorts of 'feel good' chemicals in the brain too! A natural high!
Hi Hollie. Really hope youre feeling a bit more positive today. There have been some awesome posts here and I have taken a lot from them too. I'm 53 and have struggled with my weight for 35 yrs. However, when I look back at old photos I look great and soooo slim! Back then I didnt really need to lose weight but now I most certainly do - for health reasons and also to look fantastic! Slimming World is great - I've been back and forth several times- but WeightWatchers is good too. Everyone is always here for you too Hollie.
