Clicking bones

Im not overweight, 9stone 6, size 12, 5ft 3 but my bones are "clicky" in the shoulder area-why and is there anything i can do to relieve this prob?

Usually it's just air pockets in the joints. Unless it hurts, don't worry - despite what you may be told, it's not usually the onset of arthritis etc.
