can anyone tell me where I can get a SIS 962L audio driver from ? iv tried loads of so called free sites, but all they want to do is install their update driver software on my PC. HELP...

SIS962L is a Southbridge chip. The Audio Driver associated with this chip is SIS7012 which can be downloaded from the SIS website...

well, if the driver is not available on the audio device manufacture's site, i don't think it's a problem trying some automatic driver update software to get the driver we need safely and easily in minutes...besides, they can free scan our computer..
