Ibuprofen Gel but check with doctor
No sorry....I am not a fan of analgesic Gels or ointments.

Just take Ibuprofen 400mgms as and when necessary.
try heat.... maybe a layer of tubigrip under your clothes as an extra layer
I have used ibruprofen gel (Ibuleve or similar)
I find that it gives some temporary releif after initially applying but after an hour the ache is back (use for pulls and strains in the gym).
I find that pain killers stem the pain for longer. Just my opinion.
Hi, I slipped on ice in February and dislocated my elbow, and I too am finding it aches more now the weather is colder. My doctor said to massage the joint using a releasing oil (actually mentioned sunflower oil!), and then do some basic stretching, followed by use of an ice pack. I've tried this once, but to be honest did not notice much improvement! I realise I should probably be doing it more often.
It's been 5 years since I broke my wrist, and the bugger still aches when it's cold out.
