Am not a natural cook - it's my turn to do the main course for our Sunday lunch club - and......hey guys, it's in the oven and smelling great. Still have to do the dumplings and gremolata thingie but am feeling quietly confident

What's a gremolata thingy?
Am I the only one who has just had to google 'Gremolata'?

New one on me too - it's parsley leaves (finely chopped - ((that must be important!!!))) with the zest of one lemon (size not specified) plus a quarter garlic clove (this time... very finely minced) - can see lots of wine may be the key to success.
