Yes they do provided you install the software and connect the dongle for the mouse to receive its commands to and from. Make sure you install the correct software for your OS that is 32 or 64 bit.

Usually you don't even need the driver installed because a compatible driver is already available in the operating system. Just plug in the receiver and off you go.

The software that comes with the mouse is used to enable various non-standard features such as extra buttons and settings.
