"hay seeds" in raspberries

I have found something like hay seeds inside some of my raspberries when the "plug" is pulled out, I looked at some through a magnifying glass and they seem to have whiskers, they are not...

tail nibbling by dog

my bedlington + whippet nibbles her tail all the time, and sometimes other parts, but less often, she has had flea tablets, flea shampoo and front line but still does it, can anyone suggest a reason...

why oh why do some folks take their dogs to carboots? I have seen large dogs being hauled around panting and miserable, great big dogs knocking stalls over, dogs tails being run over by buggys invalid...

I have been looking into treatment for whitefly, apart from spraying every few days adhesive on yellow card is recomended, but can I make these? what sort of adhesive won't dry up within a few hours,...

black necks on roses

I have been given a nice Stuart crystal vase that has got some water marks on the inside that spoils the look of it, I have tried sterident and that did no good at all, may be I should have used it...

Hellmans Mayonnaise

Am I the only one that thinks that when it comes to Mayonnaise it has to be Hellmans? All the others taste plasticky or off. And yes I could easily do a blindfold test.

Why has my compost bin got hundreds of slugs in as well as worms my question is are the slugs harmless or should I attempt to remove them, not that I could, they are white or clear looking horrible...

i have a recipe for organic liquid manure made from nettles, but it don't say how much to dilute it, just that it must not be used neat as it would kill, wonder if anyone knows the ratio.
