Mobile Rugs

Any suggestions please to prevent wool rugs from doing their own thing on carpeting? I have tried double sided tape without any luck. Thank you.

Tap?

THe cold tap in the bathroom has hardly any water coming out of it even when on full. The other taps are all fine. Any idea what has caused this? Thanks
