Just watched the programme on the best and worst diets in the world an am determined to get more pulses, grains and nuts into my diet. Where do you suggest I buy from - my usual supermarket...

Broken Ankle - A Bit Wonky

As you may know I badly broke my ankle a few years ago and have had a fair amount if surgery to try to alleviate pain but to no avail. I'm waiting to see my ortho surgeon again as I have a new problem...

Busy Lifestyle, No Money For The Gym, Little Spare Time, What Best For Cardio Work?

As above. I would like to do some cardio work and would love to cycle, swim or jog but simply don't have the time. Anybody got any ideas for reasonably gentle cardio work?

Toilet Push Button Cistern

toilet flushes ok but then water keeps running into the pan for about two minuets before it stops. Any idea how to cure this happening ? Thanks Georgic...
