service packs

i run my computor on windows xp it has service pack 3 installed i brought a hp printer that will not run on service pack 3 but on service pack 2 but i am unsure as how to get back to using service...

lexmark printers

i have a lexmark 1180 all in one printer as i only use it very rearly i keep finding that the colour cartridge drys up is there a cure for this or anything i can do to revive the cartridge
