My Nokia thinks it's got headphones plugged in but it hasn't. It's showing the headphone symbol at the top of the screen and i can't make or receive calls coz i can't hear people and they can't hear...

Can somebody explain why generally petrol at a petrol station costs 89.9 or 87.9,etc...Why do they have these .9's on the end.Why don't they just round it up to the nearest penny.
