best picture quality

there is a white rectangle that i can't click on to get rid of. it tells me about the best picture quality settings. i've changed the settings but it still sits there.

HELP! i had a huge doc printed on ms word 2003. i accidentally deleted it when i thought is was just deleting a paragraph. is there any way to get this back. i had saved it regulary.

i downloaded a programme - microsoft office. it's an iso. how do i burn this to disc? i have nero and urge but neither will let me burn the program. what am i doing wrong?

nursing - what's the point?

I qualified as a nurse after 3 years hard study. I can't get a job at my local trust. I'm 51, can't change direction at my age and feel useless and frustrated. anyone else out there in my position...

New cook!! I keep using a ready made short crust pastry mix from Tesco. I bake blind for 10 mins on 4 and then add the quiche ingredients. after cooking the quiche tastes great but the pastry is heavy...

I want to install a flueless gas fire onto the wall opposite to where the gas fire is now in the chimney breast. Is it possible to extend the gas supply pipe across a 12 ft floor? I'm thinking of...
