my electric has just gone off - no power whatsoever ive rang norweb and its not a power-cut, we arfe on the old fuse box system and have checked all fuses which are fine anybody know what it may be?...

Removing scratches from a car window

I've just changed my car and have noticed that one of the windows has lots of scratches on it - it looks like someone has cleaned it with wire wool! Any idea how I can get rid of them? T.I.A.
