lost installation/backup disc for sony vaio pc

My son's pc needs to be set up to its original settings because of problems accessing the i/net - but he has mislaid the set up disc. Any ideas how to get around this problem please?

no hot water - again!

I thought I'd found the 'cure' to this - but it appears not. Potterton gravity hot water system - 2 port motorised valve (with new motor) - tank stat fine. System will 'spark up' - but intermittently....

The boiler doesn't light up on our Potterton Profile when we want hot water - but its fine when the central heating system is activated. Its worked well for years & the thermostat on the hot water...
