Getting my sky remote to work as a normal remote

Hi All. I have ecently changed my tv. My sky remote used to be able to change the volume and filck through terrestrial tv too, but I cannot do it on my new one. I cant remeber where to find the code...

Can the IT Dept at work view my Hotmail?
