can only a solicitor certify true copies of a passport /driving licence /bank statement or are other professionals allowed to certify these documents aswell?

mouse probs bizarre- help!

my pc is displaying bizarre behaviour, my mouse is not doing anything i have to use my keyboard enter key, i cleaned the mouse but to no avail, i tried another mouse but that one doesn't even register...

MK3 Ford Fiesta wrong reading on feul gauge

I have changed the fuel gauge in the dash twice & still dont get a correct reading on fuel gauge, does anyone have any ideas what to look at next & where access to it is.

I'm told that the more these are used, the more fuel the engine uses. Can someone please explain this.
