Deleting all files from tower before selling

Does anyone know how I can completely delete all "deleted files" from my PC. I have removed all the folders that had my personal stuff in, etc but cant they still be accessed in some archive somewhere...

How long to leave a reply to a divorce petition

My partner has, at last, completed his divorce papers and they have been sent off to the courts with payment. These papers have now been forwarded to his ex and she has had them since 9th June 2008....
