When turning on the indicators or hazard lights on my Rover 25, 2002, instead of flashing, they just turn on, and don't 'blink'! Anybody know what could cause this?

Ford Mondeo zetec 2002 hatchback

The audio system is not functioning ! no lights on the display . checked the fuse no. 69 ......... ok.......... are there any other fuses I could check ? i.e. line fuse as well as central fuse box !
