Pixie I'm using an android phone and a tablet - neither have fn keys, I cleared cache though, it still doesn't work

Is anyone else having trouble looking at others' profiles from the Latest Posts column on the right? If I click on an avatar in that column, nothing happens. I have to actually go into the thread before I can see a person's profile. Is it just me? I'm on a Mac using Safari. Other than that, I like it, especially the larger blacker lettering.

Evening. I'll revisit the ads tomorrow and see if we can do anything about them, I've found a couple of things I'd like to iron out already.

I'll also try and do a summary of the feedback tomorrow and see if we can do any extra tweaks for things we've missed.

I don't think it is supposed to work like that, at a guess: it's just an image. To view a profile you need to click the avatar/name in the thread. This would seem natural

Yes, lb, avatars in latest posts don't take you to the profile.

Thanks Pixie, it working by going into my tablet settings, ladybirder, I don't like that issue either about other users profiles, I mentioned it somewhere already

Not just you, Ladybirder. If you right click on the Avatar in the latest posts you just get options about the image. An enlarged copy appears in a new tab.

What would be good, though, is if clicking on a "latest post" took you to that post, not to the start of the thread. I can't remember if this happened before.
I think the new site looks great btw

Ok for me here too after a hard refresh (MacOS/Firefox.)

ichkeria it only a few hours and it always took you back to start of thread, you'd have to go to last or next page to see the end

This is from Smowball....

I'm on iPad and I've tried using it but I've a box on the screen saying REFRESH HOME PAGE and I don't know how to do that on an iPad. I've clicked VIEW ALL CATEGORIES and nothing happens. I've tried so post a question- it lets me put the title in but when I then go to the main box to type nothing happens again..... think I may give up!

I've finally sorted it on iPad.
Go to settings, scroll down to safari. In safari scroll down to find clear web history. After that reboot the iPad and it should work ok.
Now I can see it how it should be I quite like it.

Bit slow to load full page on my ipad and a bit hit or miss if clicking a post in latest posts works!
