Freezing Problem On Ipad

I just sent you an email because AB was freezing on my iPad, this has been happening all morning of and on, but everything else is OK. Now for some inexplicable reason it seems to be working again, it's so frustrating. Do you have ant bright ideas please?

Just froze again on iPad Pro. Closed it went elsewhere then restarted, working at the moment...

Just had to clear website data, shut down and re start to be able to use AB. Again.

I agree, one minute it works for a few minutes then it freezes again. Very frustrating.

You shouldn't need to power down, just open the tab view (the two pages on top of one another) and close the window that's playing up.

It is annoying, and I will have another look today. Finding the culprit has been difficult!

well here we go again same old problem. i cant get in at all now. it worked for about ten mins first thing now nothing even closing down completely doesnt work. what on earth is happening

Just tried it on mine and if its possible I think its got worse but its a temperamental little sod

It's Not only iPads that freeze on Answerbank.

My prefered Browser is Firefox. However, a few minutes ago I thought I would see if Internet Explorer is still having problems. Guess what, it is continually Freezing.
