Freezing Problem On Ipad

I just sent you an email because AB was freezing on my iPad, this has been happening all morning of and on, but everything else is OK. Now for some inexplicable reason it seems to be working again, it's so frustrating. Do you have ant bright ideas please?

Yes, I think I mentioned it earlier in the thread - but my theory is that it's a bit of lazy code by an advertiser which is targeting ipads only - and only at a certain size. This is why I also think it's the larger ads at the top, because those who use their ipad in landscape mode will get these ads, whereas portrait mode won't.
Sadly, this doesn't help me track it down very well. So for now I've turned the ads at the top off.

Ed...Whatever you have done for the iPads appears to have improved IE 11 on my PC....Not that I shall be using IE on any regular basis but as you know I do try IE to assist users.
This morning, I tried IE on a number of occasions before you 'knocked-out' the top ad and was getting all sorts of strange things happening....Unable to Log-in; Messages to say that Answerbank was Not responding; and one 'pop-up' which indicated that there could be something wrong with your Site's Certificate. However, all now appears to be in order and whereas scrolling was jerky it is now functioning very efficiently.
