Well, I'm back in one piece. I actually don't mind dentists, but I was surprised that he did a root canal job on me this morning. I thought I would be patched up and given another appointment. Had a lovely look around our famous market (Fakenham)
and then a good walk back to the car via the river. Loads of ducks about as usual in town - sometimes more ducks than people (and the ducks queue up outside the bakers). Just hope bird flu doesn't stop all this. Bought lots of nice goodies from my friend's deli stall, some new bedding and some lovely flowers. Also got some wild bird food (they are costing me a small fortune) I guess gessoo is getting better!!
That dancing dog is a joy Vinny.
Got to do some work shortly and then must have a clear out at home.
Hello all you all seem to be having a sunny day except Dolly. Get well soon Woofy. You all seem to be busy too except Vinny He's just looking for pics to send us!! I'm not complaining I enjoy them.
I have pictures in my mind of where abouts you all live except for Shaney. Give us a clue Shaney.
I'm off to the Playhouse tonight to see Ayckbournes (don't know if I've spelt that right) Henceforward. Should be a laugh. Going to a pub we call The Bluey first for a bite to eat. It's just started doing a cheap Carvery so we thought we'd give it a go.
I live in Norfolk ..on the coast in Gorleston -On-Sea. it's between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft, and it's bl00dy cold !!
Thsi is the place I grew up in until I was 11 years old . We the moved to Kent and then back to Gorleston when I was about eighteen. Mr S and I retired about four years ago and after many years trailing all over the place..Germany,Holland ,Norway ,London came back here . Here is a link for you

Afternoon biddies, glad you are ok gessoo not a coward like me.
Woofy get well soon
I agree with gessoo re Jude's social life, she's non-stop. Always going hither and thither. I am also quite jealous, although come nightfall I loved being cuddled up in our little villa, all cosy. Going out involves tripping over rocks and puddles for at least half a mile before we hit the road, and that's not too clever either!!!
Thanks Shaney & Gessoo I've been on holiday to Gorleston many years ago I was about 20 also been to Yarmouth a couple of times.
I do like to get out as much as I can because I live on my own and it can get to you a bit at times. That's why I work too for the Company, well that's not totally true, the money has something to do with it I think!!
I'm off now for a soak. See you later - it's good to chat to you all.
Bye x
evening all - Oh heck I think I've overdone the life laundry oops
and I seem to have gained a cat....mmm, wonder where Charlie is then? Looking forward to seeing the bin man when he swings the wheelie round to cross the road...the weight of it will probably catapult him back up the drive. And if anyone has a hamster (or hampster as it frequently says in my local paper) I've enough shredded paper to make their beds for a year.
I can recommend this clearing out tho' - I'm starting to see space & order very gradually creeping in....just another 3 months should do it....:-(
Sorry you're feeling rough woofy - look after yourself & get well soon.
love the dancing dog Vinny....wonder how long it took to teach him that?
Jude let me know what the Bluey's food is like - have a good time. Right now where did I put my dictionary - got to look up 'social life'......
