Is This Any Good?

I have written something that my husband says is quite good and may help others in a similar situation. It's only just over 300 words (a page) and just 3 minutes when read. He says I should send it someone. But who? Does anyone know how I add a sound recording here? I would be grateful if you let me know if it's any good.

Thank you ratter. To be honest writing really helps me. It stops things from just going over and over in my head.

Beautifully written and so sensitively and beautifully read, Crisgal! I listened and half way through was in floods of tears. You put this so eloquently. I know that box so well and it was amazing to hear such a soft, understanding, knowing voice describe the box and its contents so well. This should be used in all rape crisis centers, but also should be played on radio stations around the country. There will be countless girls, women, boys and men who will will benefit from hearing your words. I would contact the national Rape Crisis team and then the BBC and try to get them to do a feature on it. This can then go to all the regional stations. Thank you for sharing your words with us. oh my goodness Carakeel! How very kind you are!
I am so pleased that my words have touched others and that you can relate to them so well.
I really did only write it for myself, but I am beginning to understand how it may help others to take that first step towards recovery.
I must admit, had I known the world would not in fact disintegrate, I would have told someone about my hidden demons years ago.
It is going to be rather difficult though, telling people: 'You must publish this, I wrote it and it's quite good' without sounding like I'm a self-believing goon! So i'm still trying to work out how to go about that really.
