itchy ear

wonder if any of you can help i have had a itch in my right ear loub for about a week or so now and its driving me mad. :0( I have recently just recoved from a very bad cold could this be the reason? also it is beginning in my left ear now. Thanks

It could be related to a build up of ear wax, around the ear.  I have suffered from this before and it can get quite annoying. You can try heating up olive oil to a warm temp and put it in your ear to dis-lodge the area. make sure you keep your head tilted and put abit of cotton wool.  To gently clean the area.
