old geezer quite reasonably indicated why sexual abuse from females might be rare and is thus in keeping with the thread, and has nothing to do with any imagined switch. he does wonder why it is beyond anyone though.

Although in fairness to whoever removed them, if there is a chap out there looking for help having been the victim of sexual abuse, some of the answers may dissuade him from coming here since it will just highlight the social prejudice.

This post has not gone the way I intended it. The guy I mentioned told me I was a close friend and was the only person he had dared to talk about it to. I could not think of a way to help him. Several people had seen him come to work with a few knocks and bruises and joked about it. but I was the only one he confided in.
