hair treatment

i paid 180 for a braziliana blowdry hair straightening treatment and it hasnt worked. ive been back a second time to have it done and it still has kinks in and fluffy ends when i wake up in the morning. im not sleeping well as i feel i might ruin my hair when i sleep. it has to be left with the serum in it for 4-6 days then be washed, blow dryed and not even straightened anymore, as it should be poker straight. do you think i should ask for my money back>? the salon owner blamed her stylist the first time on thurs then yesterday when i returned she did herself thoroughly. or should i just put it down to the fact that my hair type isnt good? you cant do do anything with it apparently til the first wash. surely if you are tossing in bed and getting hot, its going to affect the straightness. i thought i had found a miracle curl for my frizz. i feel its making me ill and im not sleeping due to it.

I can't personally imagine spending that much money on a hair treatment! I hope you researched beforehand as to whether it would be expected to work on your particular hair type. How often would you have to have it redone to keep it straight?
i did have a consultation at the salon to start with though they didnt actually test my hair. she said i was a good candidate as my hair is so damaged due to colouring and straightening on high heat. the serum seals each piece of hair with the natural product keratin and collagen and should keep it smooth and straight for up to 2-3 months. of course you then get a curly regrowth. im going on holiday soon and over xmas so i wanted something to last me a while. its is expensive but i did think so worth it for the trouble i have everyday. ive read lots of reviews and not a bad word.
Was your hair done according to this sites recommendations ?

Having paid, you must have been satisfied at the salon. Your aftercare may be at fault.
Since the keratin has been re-aligned via treatment the best the salon could do would be to re-straighten with heat, (not chemical). The further service is up to the salon's goodwill. You could do same yourself with straighteners.
