I've met this guy on a dating app who lives in England and I live in wales he wants to meet half way to go on a date. I definitely he wants it more than I do and I don't know if I want long distance
He sounds a bit pushy. Just explain politely that the distance is too far for you to travel. If he's so keen he might come to your home town where you would feel more comfortable
If you aren't enthused about a long-distance relationship, then why go?
Or, if you want to see where it goes and fancy stretching your legs or whatever, then by all means hop along. But don't go out of a sense of obligation.
If you meet halfway you will have no back up near you. It is not wise to go on a first date without some plan in mind should things go wrong. How long have you been in contact
Very dangerous situation. Why? You've not met him like you say, you have spoken to him. And to meet someone on your own a long way away for the first time, is really silly.
When you are out at all these cocktail bars and nights out that you ask for clothes advice, do you never meet men? Does anyone try and ask you out in a face to face situation?
