Gorgonzola is the best for me.

Danish blue for crackers, Wensleydale for ploughmans lunch
Spitfire, Stilton with apricots, Camembert or Seriously Strong Mature Cheddar
CHEDER or parmazan i like both
St Augur on Krackawheat mmmm.....
A good Emmental is hard to beat, deliciously nutty

any mature irish cheddar..i am also fond of the organic cheese that sainsburys sell..
