Have you tried mackerel, pusskin.......far better than sardines and no bones.

Mackeral are good apparently to help against depression.
Ive never tried tinned sardines - how may calories per tin are they??

Tinned mackeral mick?
I love mackerel especially the smoked peppered and hot smoked ones.
the pie is good though, fresh sardines used.

And I agree with MT, mackerel is very nice.....though a good fresh sardine is also nice and far beats the tinned variety.
Yeah tinned or vacuum packed.
Straight out of the sea, onto a bbq or a grill over a wood fire, (or grilled), bones removed, big knob of butter and plenty of fresh ground black pepper.....
