Afternoon everybone. Well this has been my first night for several weeks with no crampy calves and feet - yup I've got'em too Lottie, forgot to say, yesterday. It's horribly painful isn't it and this bout has been worse than ever before. I too get it when I overdo things - which isn't saying a lot, in my case... But I invented some proactive exercises yesterday for stretching the muscles and it has helped. Or at least I didn't wake up screaming this morning. The exercises (invented by many people before me, I know) involve balancing on a doorstep supporting yourself only on the front part of your feet (between toes and arch) and raising and lowering yourself slowly. Very difficult for me as my bum muscles are extremely weak. Only wish I could think of some similar exercises for my belly where I've had an excruciating cramp since 1997. Probably to do with my poor back and herniated discs and slight scoliosis and no curvature whatsoever, I mean not even the one you're supposed to have. I'm sure it's not the belly as such but the muscles around the spine, desperately protecting me.
Yes Neti I've seen The Red Balloon ages ago at some obscure film club:) It must mean something that it keeps following you - now you figure out what it means! Must be good, a red balloon is very merry. Schhhh, I knew about the scent glands but I'm trying to get on Shaney's good side so she'll crochet this for me, I really really want it

"...but I can care about you which might help" - that's my religion too Jude. We're all God material, not as individuals but when we all connect. One day we will create God. Or, rather, constitute God.
Biddies I give you Ulrik Munther, 17 year old Swede. Remember where you first heard the name
