Evening everyone... does anyone have a good recipe and method for creamed spinach?.. had a look on-line, but would love someone to come upwith a tried and tested one. ta everso!

Thanks NoMercy..it must be something like that... if I try it..and no -one dies of food poisening..I'll let you know...and I'm refering to my cooking not your recipe!! lol
Fry some finely chopped shallots and garlic. Add fresh spinach to the pan with some stock. Reduce down...add some cornflour, cook, add nutmeg, salt & pepper and cream.
You can put in a dish, cool and set in the fridge for a really nice dip.
